Very Easy Raw Mango Carry Sweet and Sour Sauce (Kachy Aam ki Khatti Meethi Chatni) Recipe

Hi Foodies, This Kachy Aam ki Chatni is very yummy and good for digestion of food and is loved by everyone. You can just eat it simply or can have it like a jam on bread or with paratha. Its very tasty and yummy. Now start the recipe. Ingredients: 1 Kg Raw Mango Carry (Kachy Aam) 4 Cup water 3-4 Green Cardamom (Sabz Ilaichi) 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Kg Sugar (if Raw Mango Carry is too much sour) (or to taste) Method: Take a deep vessel or cooking pot, add raw mango carry, water, cardamom, black pepper, red chilli powder, and salt in it, cover it and let it cook until mangoes are very soft. The flame should be very low. Now add sugar in it and mix well and again let it cook on low flame until it is thick. Your yummy and easy Aam ki Chatni is ready. Hi Foodies, I have come up with very healthy recipe of Tori ki Sabzi. I didn't like to eat Tori in my childhood but now my mother makes Tori by this recipe and I really like it. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1 Kg Small Size Brinjal (Bengan) 250 Gram Fresh Tomatoes (1 Pao) 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil   1 Cup Water 14-15 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder (or according to taste) 4 Tablespoon Dry Pomegranate Seeds (Anardana) 1 Tablespoon Salt (or according to taste) 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder Method:  First of all you need to crush the spicy in Pestle and Mortar (Langri) until crushed slightly.  Hi Foodies, Now I am gonna share the recipe of Oreo Cookies. Lets get started. Ingredients: 1) 16 Oreos  2) 1 Box of White Cake mix 3) 1 cup of Vegetable oil 4) 2 Eggs Method: Take a bowl and add oreos in and crush them with the help of spoon or spatula and set them aside.  Now take a separate bowl and add white cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs in it and whisk well and it will take the shape of cookie dough. Now add the crushed oreos in it and mix well and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 350C. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and lightly press it in the bowl.  Now take the pan or tray on which you want to bake the cookies, grease it and line it with parchment paper or butterpaper.  Hi Foodies,  I am back with another recipe which is super delicious and very easy to make. Lets get into it. Ingredients: 1) 1.5 Tablespoon Peanut butter  2) 1.5 Tablespoon Sugar (you can use icing sugar as well) 3) 2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour 4) 1 Tablespoon Milk  Method:  Take a bowl, add peanut butter, sugar, all purpose flour and milk in it and mix well and make a dough. Make small balls of it. Now take a pan and grease it, and place the butterpaper on it and place the balls of  cookie dough on it (you can decorate the cookie the shape you like) and bake it in the oven for 5 - 6 minutes depending on how much soft or hard cookie you like.
