Egg Fingers without Oven for Snacking
Hi Foodies,
Today, I am going to share the recipe which will absolutely loved by children and the egg lovers. As you can see the title, today's recipe is Crunchy Egg Fingers which is a good and healthy food for the snack time. Now lets get started.
Ingredients:
1) 8 Eggs
2) Half Table Spoon Salt (or according to taste)3)1/3 Tablespoon Black Pepper Powder
4)1/4 Cup Corn Flour
5)1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
6) 1/2 teaspoon Salt (according to taste)
7) 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes (Dara Mirch)
8) 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
9) Bread crumbs (for coating)
10) 2 Eggs (for coating)
11) Oil (for Deep frying)
Method:
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper in them. Now mix it well with the help of hand beater or whisk. Now take a flat bottom pan and grease it with some oil and pour the egg mixture in it and set it aside.
Now take a vessel and add little water in it (Don't add to much water), put a stand in it and place pan containing eggs mixture on the stand and cover it and also cover the vessel. Now steam it for almost 25 minutes on medium to low flame.
After 25 minutes, take the pan out of the vessel, and set aside until it comes to normal temperature. Now take out the eggs in a plate and cut it like the shape of Fingers. Now add the corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, chilli flake and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl and mix all of them with the help of spoon. For Coating of Egg fingers, crack the eggs in a bowl and mix well and take some bread crumbs in a separate bowl or plate.
Now take the egg finger or slice and first dip it in flour mixture and coat well so that it is completely covered, now dip it in beaten eggs and then coat it with bread crumbs and again dip it in eggs batter and coat with bread crumbs.. Prepare all the egg fingers just like it and set them aside.
Now pour the oil in a pan or vessel for deep frying, and fry the egg fingers in oil on medium to high flame until golden brown. Now fry all of the egg fingers and your crispy and crunchy egg fingers are ready without oven.
