Mango Tres Leches Cake Recipe

I will share different cuisines from different countries. I hope you will try and love my recipes. Today I'm gonna share Mango Tres Leches Cake recipe, which is popular in Mexico. Lets get started.

Ingredients:

1) 5 Eggs

2) 1 Cup Sugar

3) Half Tea Spoon

4) 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) 

5) 1 Tea Spoon Baking Powder

6) 1 Cup Evaporated Milk

7) Half Cup Condense Milk

8) Half cup Whipped Cream

9) 30ml Whipped Cream Packet

10) 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar or Icing Sugar.

11) 2 Mangoes (cut in strips form or the way we cut french fries)

12) Crushed Dry fruits (as per your choice)

Method:

Add the eggs in the bowl and also add sugar in it, now beat these ingredients with the help of a whisk or electric beater until the sugar is dissolved. Now add Vanilla essence and also beat it. It will make a thick, foamy and liquidy mixture. 

Now add all purpose flour (Maida) in it by the help of sieve (Chan'ni) and also add baking powder in it while sieving. Now mix well with the help of a spatula and it will take the form of thick batter.

Now grease the pan and put the butter-paper at the bottom of the mould and and add the batter in it. Slowly tap the mould on the floor so that the air bubbles will disappear. Now bake it in the oven for 40 minutes on 170C. After 40 minutes take out the cake and check it with the help of toothpick or skewer, your skewer will come out clean. Now the cake is baked. Take the cake out of the pan when its not so hot (probably 5 to 6 minutes later). Make some holes in the cake with the help of skewer or toothpick. 

Now add evaporated milk in the bowl (if evaporated milk is not available, you can use regular cow milk). Add condense milk in it. Add whipped cream in it, and mix well for 4 to 5 seconds. Now put this mixture on the top of cake with the help of spoon so that the cake will soak it well.

Now take the whipped cream in a bowl and add powdered sugar in it, and whip it until thick foamy and creamy mixture is made. Now cover the soaked cake with this cream by applying it with the help of spatula. Now decorate the cake with mango strips the way you like it. Put the crushed dry fruits on the top of the cake. And tadaaaaaa your Mango Tres Leches Cake is Ready. You can serve it immediately or after its chilled.
