Masala Bhindi (Spicy Ladyfinger) Recipe
Hi Foodies,
I am gonna share the recipe of Masala Bhindi. Lets start the recipe.
Ingredients:
1) 1.5 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2) 200 Gram (1 cup) chopped Lady finger or Bhindi3) 1 Teaspoon Vegetable oil
4) 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
5) 1 pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)
6) 1 Chopped Onion
7) 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
8) 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
9) 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder (Sokha Dhania)
10) 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
11) 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
12) 1/4 Teaspoon Red Chili powder (or according to taste)
13) 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (or according to taste)
Method:
Put the oil in a pan, after the oil is heat up add ladyfinger in it and stir fry until it gets soft and then take it out of the pan and set aside.
Now add 1 tsp oil in the same pan and add cumin seeds, hing, and chopped onion in it and mix well. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute them until the onion is soft and it turn golden. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute until tomatoes are cooked and turn soft. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in it and saute for 1-2 minutes until the spices are mixed well.
Now add the fried ladyfinger in the mixture and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. And your Masala Bhindi is ready. You can serve it with boiled rice or chapatti.
