Fried Pakistani Beef Fillets (Pasandy) (Eid Special Recipes Series-4)
Hi Foodies,
I have decided to share recipe of Fried Beef Fillets (Pasandy). If you try this recipe on this Eid-ul-Azha, you will like it the most. Lets start the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Beef Fillets (Pasandy)
- 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric (Haldi)
- 3 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoon Garlic Paste (Lehson ka Paste)
- 2 tablespoon Ginger paste (Adrak ka Paste)
- 1/2 Kg Yogurt (Beated)
- Oil (For Deep Frying)
Method:
First of all, beat the yogurt with the help of hand beater and then add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Mix well now add ginger and garlic paste in it and mix well. Now add beef fillets and mix well and leave it for marinate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, now let it cook on very low flame until the water (which will be extracted from all of the mixture) is dried up. Keep checking it between this time and stir it so that it will not stick at the bottom. When it is cooked, add the oil in a pan and let it heat up. Now add the pieces of cooked beef fillets and deep fry it until it becomes tender and has changed its color. Now if you like you can give the smoke of coal if you want, it will give the taste of BBQ and make it more tasteful and yummy. You can serve it with Mint Chutney or Ketchup.
