Fried Beef Liver (Bhoni hoi Bary Gosh ki Kaleji)(Eid Special Recipes Series-3)

Hi Foodies,

I hope you all are doing great. Today, I have decided to share easy recipe for this upcoming Eid festival. Lets start the recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Kg Beef Liver (Kaleji)
  2. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  3. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  4. 6 Tablespoon Vinegar
  5. 4 Tablespoon Oil

Method:

First of all, add oil in a pan. Then after it is heated, add beef liver (Kaleji) in it, add salt, black pepper, and vinegar in it and cover it. Now let it cook on low flame until the water from Beef Liver is dried up and it has changed its color. Now fry it for 4-5 minutes until it is more tender and becomes juicy. Your Fried Beef Liver is ready. You can garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves if you like.

ProTip: Before cleaning and cutting of kaleji, you can sprinkle 1 cup (or according to the need) of dry flour and let it set aside for half hour so that it won't be smelly.
