Fried Pakistani Beef Fillets (Pasandy) (Eid Special Recipes Series-4)

Hi Foodies, I have decided to share recipe of Fried Beef Fillets (Pasandy). If you try this recipe on this Eid-ul-Azha, you will like it the most. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1 Kg Beef Fillets (Pasandy) 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder 2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Turmeric (Haldi) 3 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder 2 Tablespoon Vinegar 3 Tablespoon Garlic Paste (Lehson ka Paste) 2 tablespoon Ginger paste (Adrak ka Paste) 1/2 Kg Yogurt (Beated) Oil (For Deep Frying) Method: First of all, beat the yogurt with the help of hand beater and then add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Mix well now add ginger and garlic paste in it and mix well. Now add beef fillets and mix well and leave it for marinate for 2 hours. After 2 hours, now let it cook on very low flame until the water (which will be extracted from all of the mixture) is dried up. Hi Foodies, I hope you all are doing great. Today, I have decided to share easy recipe for this upcoming Eid festival. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1/2 Kg Beef Liver (Kaleji) 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 6 Tablespoon Vinegar 4 Tablespoon Oil Method: First of all, add oil in a pan. Then after it is heated, add beef liver (Kaleji) in it, add salt, black pepper, and vinegar in it and cover it. Now let it cook on low flame until the water from Beef Liver is dried up and it has changed its color. Now fry it for 4-5 minutes until it is more tender and becomes juicy. Your Fried Beef Liver is ready. You can garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves if you like. ProTip: Before cleaning and cutting of kaleji, you can sprinkle 1 cup (or according to the need) of dry flour and let it set aside for half hour so that it won't be smelly. Very Easy Raw Mango Carry Sweet and Sour Sauce (Kachy Aam ki Khatti Meethi Chatni) Recipe

Hi Foodies, This Kachy Aam ki Chatni is very yummy and good for digestion of food and is loved by everyone. You can just eat it simply or can have it like a jam on bread or with paratha. Its very tasty and yummy. Now start the recipe. Ingredients: 1 Kg Raw Mango Carry (Kachy Aam) 4 Cup water 3-4 Green Cardamom (Sabz Ilaichi) 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Kg Sugar (if Raw Mango Carry is too much sour) (or to taste) Method: Take a deep vessel or cooking pot, add raw mango carry, water, cardamom, black pepper, red chilli powder, and salt in it, cover it and let it cook until mangoes are very soft. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1/2 Kg Lobia/Rajma/Red Beans 7 Cups Water  1 Tablespoon Salt 1/2 Cup Oil 2 Tablespoon Ginger Paste 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 250 gram Tomatoes (1 Pao) (Chopped) 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon Chicken Powder (or cube) 1 Teaspoon Dry Fenugreek (Sookhi Methi) (or Fresh coriander) Method: Take a deep pot and put the water and salt in it and also add Red Beans (Lobia) and let it boil until red beans are soft. Hi Foodies, I have come up with very healthy recipe of Tori ki Sabzi. I didn't like to eat Tori in my childhood but now my mother makes Tori by this recipe and I really like it. I hope if you follow the recipe and make Tori then your kids and all other family members will love it. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1 Kg Ridged Gourd (Tori) 2 Onions (Chopped) 3 Tomatoes (Chopped) 6 Tablespoon Cooking Oil 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder (or according to taste) 1 Tablespoon Salt (or according to taste) Method: Take a Vessel and add oil in it and after its heated then add Onion and saute it until it is soft.
