 Hi Foodies,  I have come up with another recipe which you all will like specially the Saag lovers. This Kulfy ka Saag has a very unique tangy and sour taste which is the beauty of this saag. Now starts the recipe.  Hi Foodies, I hope you're all enjoying your good health and are save from Covid-19. Today I have decided to share the recipe of Masala Brinjal which is spicy and tangy in taste. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1 Kg Small Size Brinjal (Bengan) 250 Gram Fresh Tomatoes (1 Pao) 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil   1 Cup Water 14-15 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder (or according to taste) 4 Tablespoon Dry Pomegranate Seeds (Anardana) 1 Tablespoon Salt (or according to taste) 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder Method:  First of all you need to crush the spicy in Pestle and Mortar (Langri) until crushed slightly. Ingredients: Water (to boil Macaroni) 1 Tablespoon Salt  1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil 2 Cups of Macaroni Pasta 4 Tablespoon Butter 1 Tablespoon Crushed garlic  4 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida) 3 Cups of Regular Milk 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (or according to taste) 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper  1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (or according to taste) 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 Cup Cream Cheese 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) Method: First of all we have to boil the macaroni.  Hi Foodies, Today, I am gonna share Allo Bengan recipe which is super delicious. Lets start the recipe. Ingredients: 1.5 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 pinch of Hing (Asafoetida) 1 inch Ginger piece (finely chopped) 4 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped) 1 Big Onion (finely chopped) 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped) 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder (Sokha Dhania) 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili powder (or according to taste) 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1 Teaspoon Salt ( according to taste) 2 Big Potatoes (cut into cubes) 1 Big Brinjal (cut into cubes) Method: Add the vegetable oil in a pan or pot, add cumin seeds and hing.
