Kulfy Ka Saag Recipe

Hi Foodies, I have come up with another recipe which you all will like specially the Saag lovers. This Kulfy ka Saag has a very unique tangy and sour taste which is the beauty of this saag. Now starts the recipe. Ingredients: 2 Bunches of Kulfa Saag (2 gadhi Kulfy ka Saag) 7-8 Cloves of Garlic (Crush them or you can use garlic paste 2 Tablespoon) 6 Tablespoons Cooking Oil (or you can use Desi Ghee) 3 Tomatoes 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Flakes 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder (or according to taste) 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt (or to taste) 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder 1 Cup Water Method: How to Cut and Clean Saag: For cutting of saag, take the bunches and cut the leaves and the soft portion of it and discard the hard portion of a branch (Moti Dandian Nahi Dalni).
